Scope of these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to enquiries and confirmed private driver services arranged through Krakow Zakopane Trips. A booking is formed only when the route, date, pickup details, vehicle, price and key inclusions are confirmed in writing. Website information is general planning guidance and is not by itself a confirmed booking.

Service description

The core service is private driver transport and route coordination from Krakow or another expressly agreed pickup point. The written confirmation will describe the planned destination, expected service duration and included transport. Travel times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, road closures, queues, border or authority checks and attraction schedules.

Drivers, guides and attraction entry

An English-speaking driver provides transport and practical coordination. A driver is not a licensed museum, mountain or attraction guide. Tickets, guided entry, reservations, food, accommodation, parking, special waiting time and attraction charges are not included unless the written confirmation says they are included.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are tailored to the date, route, pickup point, group size, vehicle and requested waiting time. The currency, total, payment method and any deposit requirement will be stated before confirmation. A quote may expire or need revision if the date, route, passenger count, pickup location or requested service changes.

Passenger information and responsibilities

• Provide accurate date, pickup address, contact number and group size.
• Share flight or attraction entry times where they affect pickup planning.
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and notify us as soon as possible of delays.
• Inform us in advance about child seats, large luggage, mobility needs or unusual equipment.
• Follow vehicle safety instructions and applicable law.
• Do not request unsafe, unlawful or unagreed transport.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and change conditions may differ by route, date, vehicle commitment and any third-party reservation. The applicable conditions will be provided with the booking confirmation. If you request a material change, we will check availability and advise whether the quote or schedule must change. Third-party tickets and reservations may be non-refundable under the provider’s own terms.

Delays, waiting and missed services

Contact us as soon as you know of a flight delay, late entry or pickup problem. Reasonable efforts will be made to adjust the plan, but extra waiting, a different vehicle or a substantially changed route may require an additional quote and depends on availability. Failure to arrive or communicate may be treated under the cancellation terms supplied with the booking.

Attraction and weather conditions

Museums, mountain areas, thermal facilities and other attractions control their own opening hours, tickets, entry rules and closures. Weather may affect mountain routes and walking conditions. Krakow Zakopane Trips does not control those third parties and cannot guarantee entry unless it is expressly confirmed as part of the booking.

Conduct and safety

Service may be refused or ended where passenger conduct creates a safety risk, involves unlawful behavior, threatens the driver or vehicle, or materially disrupts the agreed service. Passengers are responsible for damage they cause beyond normal use, subject to applicable law.

Responsibility and claims

We remain responsible for providing the confirmed transport service with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. For an issue, contact us as soon as possible with the booking details so the facts can be reviewed and a practical response provided. Third-party attractions and guides remain responsible for their own services.
