Contact Krakow Zakopane Trips

What to send before booking

The best booking message is short but complete. Send your travel date, pickup address, number of travelers, luggage amount if relevant, destination, and whether you need child seats or a larger vehicle.

For airport transfers, include your flight number and landing or departure time. For day trips, include your preferred start time and any attractions you want to include or avoid.

Clear information helps us reply with a realistic plan instead of guessing.

Private driver service scope

Krakow Zakopane Trips focuses on private driver transport. That means hotel pickup, comfortable vehicle planning, route timing and return transfer. Licensed guides, museum guides, attraction tickets and specialist mountain services are separate unless confirmed in writing.

Popular requests

Common requests include Zakopane day trips, Morskie Oko private transport, Auschwitz-Birkenau transfer, Wieliczka Salt Mine half-day transfer, Krakow Airport pickup, airport drop-off and custom Tatra Mountains routes.

If your plan is not listed on the website, send it anyway. We can confirm whether it is practical as a private driver route from Krakow.

Response and confirmation

After you send your message, we reply with availability, suggested timing, vehicle type and a free quote. Your final price should be confirmed before travel, especially when the route includes waiting time, larger vehicles, late hours or extra stops.
